Direct Discharge Vibrating Screen

1. Brief description:

CWPS direct discharge vibrating sifter/separator is used to clean/grade/separate

big-sized materials or materials with few impurity. Because its feed inlet and

discharge outlet are nearly lined in a vertical line, its processing capacity can be 10 times larger than common round vibrating sieve machine.

2. Scope of application:

CWPS direct discharge vibrating separator is applicable in grading/separating

process in food, medical, light industry, abrasive material, casting, metallurgy,

mining, building  material industries etc. It also can be used to handle solid

and liquid separation,  waste liquid recycling etc.

1. Typically used to fine product cleaning and separation. e.g. flour factory, instant  noodles factory etc.

8. For detergent powder, 0.8mm screen mesh, we can reach 25m3/h. For 4mm screen mesh, we can reach 70 m3/h capacity.

9. The contact part can be made SUS304, which can prevent the long time using steel rust problem.

10. Only the screen and the silica seal ring as wear parts.

11. The whole structure is simple, which is pretty easy to maintain.

Our machines have an automatic 12 months guarantee against faulty material and workmanship valid from the date of dispatch in China or date of arrival at foreign border.

If any problem of the machine under instruction within one year,we are responsible for replacement including delivery fee and maintenance.

Lifelong service is offered with cost charge after one year.
