The NJP-1200C automatic hard capsule filling machine suits small to medium-scale production. It features a fully enclosed ten-station turntable with unidirectional modules for sealing and easy mold disassembly. Airtight technology prevents powder ingress. Standardized clamps ease feeding part maintenance. A hole plate metering device with 3D adjustment reduces powder leakage and includes vacuum auto-cleaning. Dual feeding supports mixed drug filling (powder, granule, pellet, tablet). Air blowing and suction ensure dust-free mold holes at high speeds. The dust-proof man-machine interface is user-friendly and fully functional.
