The NJP-200C/400C automatic hard capsule filling machine suits small-scale production. It features an enclosed eight-station turntable with unidirectional modules for sealing and easy mold disassembly. Airtight technology blocks powder ingress. Standardized clamps ease feeding part maintenance. A 3D-adjusted hole plate metering device reduces powder leakage with vacuum auto-cleaning. Air blowing and suction keep mold holes dust-free at high speeds. The dust-proof, user-friendly interface is fully functional.
