Machine Introduction

The syrup spraying part features a spinner structure, allowing easy adjustment of syrup quantity without smoke splashing. Salt and sugar are evenly spread, and the product can be directly placed into the furnace. The machine is multi-purpose, utilizing PU belts and jointless canvas, with automatic belt and net adjustments for uniform material spreading.

Machine Operation

Before operation, add syrup or sesame seeds into the hopper, start the conveyor belt, adjust the outlet flow, and ensure even coating across the conveyor belt's width to beautify the biscuit surface.

This machine can sprinkle sesame seeds, sugar, peanuts, melon seeds, raisins, walnut kernels, and other fruit particles on cakes, biscuits, bread, sesame slices, dry cakes, and shortbread. The sprinkling amount and speed are adjustable according to customer needs. Driven by a servo motor, the control accuracy reaches 0.01 mm, overcoming the shortcomings of low working accuracy caused by unstable power system speeds.
